Q: My device isn’t printing, what do I do?

A: Call the WCC Business Solutions Office at 727-561-0033. Our support staff is available to help troubleshoot printing issues.

Q: My device is producing blotches, streaks, or lines on my prints and/or copies. How can I fix this?

A: If you are getting quality errors when you’re copying from the machine, use the cleaner cloth provided to wipe down the glass of the device. Don’t forget to wipe the glass slit to the left of the main copy glass. If you’re getting quality errors while printing, we will need to send a service technician to perform maintenance on the machine. Call us at 727-561-0033 to set up a maintenance call.

Q: My device isn’t scanning to email and/or folder. What do I do?

A: Call us at 727-561-0033, and the WCC Business Solutions Support staff will be able to assist you in getting scanning operational.

Q: My machine says my toner levels are low. What action should I take?

A: You may continue to print/copy even when your machine indicates toner levels are low. You don’t need to change toner until your machine says to replace the toner. In most cases, you should have a backup toner ready for when your current toner needs to be replaced. Almost all of our machines report toner changes remotely to us, allowing WCC Business Solutions to ship toner to you when you need it without having to call. If you are low on toner and do not have a backup, please call us at 727-561-0033.

Q: I’ve received an automated meter request from WCC Business Solutions, but I don’t know what to do.

A: Please consult our guide on pulling meters located on our Meter Reading page. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at 727-561-0033. You can fax your meters to us at 727-561-0277, or email them to us at billing@wccbs.com.

Q: My machine is showing an error message and it won’t go away.

A: This is most likely a service code. Follow your machine’s onscreen instructions. If that does not help, call us at 727-561-0033 so we can send a service technician to get you up and running.
